Euthyroid VS Optimal
Euthyroid = Within normal reference ranges. This is NOT going to give you the best quality of life. These ranges provided are too broad. Too low in these ranges and most people with have hyPO symptoms. Too high in the ranges and most people will have hyPER symptoms.
Optimal = Your Own Personal Sweet Spot where you’re symptom free. This WILL give you the best quality of life! And, this is one way we can lower antibodies into remission as well.
How do you find your own personal Optimal Sweet Spot? That’s the $1M question. Due to this being so individual from person to person, I can’t possibly teach it in the group setting.
Your doctor has no clue how to do this. They’re not taught it in med school. They don’t understand how the meds work or how to utilize them to targetedly place your thyroid levels where you feel best.
