Fill out the Legal Consent Form prior to ordering Labs or or Services. Make sure to include your date of birth, e-mail, phone number, city and state from where you are ordering. Once you have ordered your tests, we will send you a form. You will print it, then go into the nearest LabCorp location to get your blood drawn. Your results will come back to Kathryn at which time she will forward them to you. At that time, she will set up your consultation appointment if you ordered one. If you ordered a lab interpretation, she will follow up with you regarding your results via Facebook messenger or by e-mail.

By ordering services, I confirm that I understand that Kathryn Clemens is not a doctor or nurse. That she is a Patient Advocate who gained her knowledge through vast medical research, her own path to antibody remission and working with her clients and members over more than 10 years. All clients are expected to continue to be under the care of a medical doctor for prescription refills and check-ups.

Refund Policy

At Thyroid Keepers, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Due to the time, planning, and administrative resources involved in scheduling and delivering our services, all sales are final.

Refund Requests

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Thyroid Keepers.

If a refund is approved:

• A minimum $40 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
• All credit card and payment processing fees incurred by Thyroid Keepers are non-refundable and will also be deducted from the refund amount.
• Any additional costs already incurred in providing services or preparing materials may also be deducted, where applicable.

By purchasing services or programs from Thyroid Keepers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
