Fill out the Legal Consent Form prior to ordering Labs or or Services. Make sure to include your date of birth, e-mail, phone number, city and state from where you are ordering. Once you have ordered your tests, we will send you a form. You will print it, then go into the nearest LabCorp location to get your blood drawn. Your results will come back to Kathryn at which time she will forward them to you. At that time, she will set up your consultation appointment if you ordered one. If you ordered a lab interpretation, she will follow up with you regarding your results via Facebook messenger or by e-mail.

By ordering services, I confirm that I understand that Kathryn Clemens is not a doctor or nurse. That she is a Patient Advocate who gained her knowledge through vast medical research, her own path to remission and working with her many members over many years. I am and will continue to be under the care of a medical doctor for prescription refills and check-ups.

Refund Policy: All sales final after 14 days. For a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase a minimum $20 administrative and/or processing fee will be charged. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
